Guest Information
1. Cancellation and prepayment conditions
Refundable rate:
Cancellation by the Guest up to 15 (fifteen) days before the arrival date is free of charge.
The Guest must pay the total amount of the reservation up to 15 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellation up to 7 (seven) days before the arrival date will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the rate.
If the Guest cancels the reservation within 6 (six) days before the arrival date or does not show up on the scheduled check-in day, Quinta de Cypriano reserves the right not to refund the amount charged.
Non-refundable rate:
The Guest will be charged the total amount of the stay at the time of booking.
If the Guest cancels the reservation or does not show up on the scheduled check-in day, Quinta de Cypriano reserves the right not to refund the amount charged.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
The check-in time for the Rooms is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
In order to ensure a more personalized welcome and provide the best possible arrival experience, we ask that guests please indicate an estimated arrival time.
If guests wish to arrive earlier, we recommend that they book and pay the night before the arrival date, so that the immediate availability of the Room is guaranteed and so that we can provide the best possible arrival experience.
Check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. After this time, an additional accommodation fee will be charged for one more night.
If you choose not to book an additional night that allows for an early arrival or a late check-out, we are happy to let you enjoy our facilities while we store your luggage.
3. Accepted payment methods
Payments can be made by bank transfer, using an ATM, MBway or credit card (the following credit cards are accepted: Maestro, Master Card and Visa).
Quinta de Cypriano reserves the right to temporarily hold a deposit on your credit card upon arrival at check-in.
4. Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
– Cots for children up to 2 years old – €20 per night with breakfast included.
– Extra beds for children aged 3 to 12 years – €35 per night with breakfast included.
– Extra beds for adults and children over 13 years old (included) – € 60 per night with breakfast included. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
5. Rest Period
Guests must respect the rest period between 22:00 and 08:00.
6. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the rooms, but are very welcome at the Quinta and may stay overnight, upon prior notice and subject to availability in the facilities.
7. Use of the Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is not supervised.
The swimming pool is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, in order to respect the rest period of other guests.
Diving is not permitted in the infinity zone.
Access to the river is not fenced or supervised, so children must be accompanied by an adult, paying special attention to accessibility and the current of the river.
8. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Smoking outside is not recommended, given the natural surroundings and the risk of fire.
9. Additional Services on Request
- Exclusive rental of the entire Quinta de Cypriano – Wine and Nature is permitted.
- Car transfers to and from Sá Carneiro Airport are available on request and at an additional cost.
- Laundry service on request and at an additional cost.
- Bike and helmet rental on request and at an additional cost.
- Weekly activities program.
